We are in the Park Avenue Medical Office Building next to the Phillips Eye Institute at the corner of 24^th Street and Park Avenue.  Parking is available in the structure on 24^th Street, across from the office building.

 

From the south, exit northbound I-35W on 31^st Street, turn right on 31^st Street, left on Park Avenue, right on 24^th Street.

 

From the north, take I-35W south to exit 23A.  Merge onto MN-280 south for 3.4 miles.   Merge onto I-94 west for 3.6 miles.  Exit on 11^th Street, follow Grant Street signs to Portland Avenue.  Turn right on Portland Avenue, left on 24^th Street.

 

From the east, exit westbound I-94 on 11^th Street, follow Grant Street signs to Portland Avenue.  Turn right on Portland Avenue, left on 24^th Street.

 

From the west, exit eastbound I-394 (old Hwy 12) on Dunwoody Boulevard/Hennepin Avenue.  Turn right on Hennepin Avenue South/Lyndale Avenue.  Follow Lyndale Avenue sign to Franklin Avenue.  Turn left on Franklin Avenue, right on Chicago Avenue, right on 24^th Street.

 

From the northwest, exit eastbound I-94 on Hennepin Avenue/Lyndale Avenue.  Follow Lyndale Avenue sign to Franklin Avenue.  Turn Left on Franklin Avenue, right on Chicago Avenue, right on 24^th Street.
